I am a regular at the Sports Clips in the Greenwood location. Kat is one of the most professional, fun, lively, and lovely stylists I have ever met. I always look forward to getting my hair cut at this specific location with her being my specific stylist. She offers me high end type cuts at such an affordable price. Her never-ending, upbeat positive attitude makes me experience such a comfort that I am truly grateful for. Thank you for all you do Kat. I appreciate you and cannot wait for my next haircut and future conversations with you about fashion.

I’ve been a long-time customer of this location mainly due to Emily. She is a fantastic, funny, energetic person who has always given me excellent haircuts. I always select to wait on Emily when she is working. This location always has long wait times so the online waitlist is a must. Today, I followed the rules, joined the waitlist online and waited for my suggested arrival time before entering the store and checking in. I noticed on the board I was “on deck” for Emily and there were 3-4 people waiting on Danielle. As Emily was cleaning her station, a gentleman who had selected to wait on Danielle, got up and said “can I just change to next available?” For some reason, they agreed and Emily began his haircut. My spot went from “on deck” to 26 minutes. I have to assume anyone else who had selected Emily after me got bumped back a half hour too. I had to get up and walk out to get back to work as this was my lunch. If you guys are going to do the online waitlist thing and allow us to select the stylist we want, honor it and respect our time. I feel like it should have been explained to this gentleman that this wasn’t possible since others had selected that stylist and it would bump them all back. He knew the wait time when he selected Danielle. I probably won’t be back.

I got a new person today and I understand that It can be a lot of pressure when your new but the fact that she didn’t blend my hair didn’t cut the top and left my hair with one short side and the other side long is just not okay. Typically when the new person is done cutting hair they go and get one of the more experienced stylist to come check and see if everything was done right and that did not happen. And I was supposed to have a good hair cut because I was supposed to be taking family photos for Christmas but now I feel super uncomfortable because the way my hair looks now
